As global projects have been increased and the cargoes carried have been bigger&heavier, Breakbulk Business experience&Know-how accumulated since 1995 enables us to expand our business into heavylift market. SK Shipping established "Heavylift&Project Team" and announced to enter the market this year.

"Heavylift&Project Team" transport "PROJECT CARGO", which includes heavy-lift, lengthy&over-sized cargoes such like heavy machinery, power plant, wind-tower, ETC. Our main clients are global EPCs (Engineering, Procurement&Construction) & Freight Forwarders, who are related to the business of "Oil&Gas", "Power Generation", "Mining"&"Civil Construction".

"Heavylift&Project Team" utilize multipurpose vessel (MPV), which is specialized for the project cargoes and equipped with min lifting capacity of 150t cranes, open hatch/box-shaped holds&multi decks. The MPV can carry not only for project cargoes but also container&grain.

Our transportation service routes will be expanded catching up with the growth of global projects in collaboration with our clents. Consequently, our vessel will carry clients' cargoes to every place of the Globe.

Furthermore, "Heavylift&Project Team" keep our best endeavour not merely to serve ocean-going transportation but to be "Total Logistic Service Provider" from the manufacturing factory to Job Site for clients.

Our business requires highly sophisticated engineering technology for loading, securing, transporting&discharging the cargoes. In order to meet clients' requirements for safe delivery of their cargoes, we simulate every part of whole transportation procedures in advance. Thus, we have been continuously investing on R&D for development of engineering competencies.
